2. Services
We provide digital marketing and promotion services for creator accounts (OnlyFans, social media).
- Best-effort only: We try to increase visibility, traffic, or engagement.
- No guarantee of revenue, subscribers, followers, or specific results.
- No use of bots, fake accounts, or spam is promised.
3. Account Responsibility
- We do not need your password.
- You keep full ownership of your accounts.
- You are responsible for content and security.
4. Client Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide lawful content.
- Comply with platform rules (OnlyFans, Instagram, etc.).
- Give correct and truthful information.
- Avoid misleading or illegal content.
We may stop services immediately if violations occur.
5. Third-Party Platforms
- Our services depend on external platforms and their policies.
- We are not liable for suspensions, bans, or platform changes.
6. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed on the website or individually quoted.
- Payment is due before service starts.
- Subscriptions renew automatically only if agreed.
- All amounts are in EUR unless stated.
7. Refund Policy
- No refunds after service has started.
- Exceptions are only possible if stated in writing.
8. Term & Termination
- Contract lasts for the package selected.
- Either party may terminate for breach, illegal content, or violations.
- Termination does not create refunds after service start.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
- No liability for lost profits or income.
- Liability only for intent or gross negligence.
- Max liability = fees paid for that service.
10. Intellectual Property
- You keep rights to your content.
- We get a limited license to use content only to provide the service.
- No resale or redistribution of your content.
11. Indemnification
You agree to protect us from claims, damages, or costs caused by:
- Your content
- Violations of law or platform rules
- Third-party claims
12. Privacy & Data Protection
- We follow German GDPR.
- Only necessary data is collected.
- No sale of personal data.
- Data usage described in our Privacy Policy below.
13. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for events beyond our control (e.g., platform outages, algorithm changes, legal restrictions, natural events).
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- German law applies.
- Place of jurisdiction: Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
15. Changes
- We can update these Terms.
- Continued use = acceptance of changes.
16. Severability
- Invalid clauses do not affect the rest of the Terms.
